Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This Policy explains what cookies are and how they are used on the website amadoclinic.pt (the “Website”).

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They make it possible, for example, to remember your preferences from one page to the next. In this Policy, “cookies” also covers similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage.

02Cookies we use

The Website uses as few cookies as possible. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only activated if you accept them; we do not currently use advertising cookies.

  • Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the Website to work, for example to remember the language you chose. They do not require your consent.
  • Third-party cookies: set by external services embedded in some pages, such as the Google map or the YouTube video.

04Third-party services

Third-party cookies are managed by their providers, in accordance with their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

When you click a link to WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, you leave the Website and that service’s own policy applies.

05How to manage or delete cookies

You can change your choices at any time with the “Manage cookies” link in the Website footer.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings:

  • Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies;

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how some parts of the Website work.
